Promo codes are valid for bookings paid with eligible HSBC cards only. Registered users have to successfully checkout and complete the booking to utilise the code. Being in the payment page does not equate to successful redemption.
Promo codes are valid during the stated promotion period with selected products, subjected to specific products' policy.
In case of booking cancellations, the promo code used for the booking will automatically be credited back to the user's account and made available again for use during the promotion period it was issued in.
If you change a booking for which you used a promo code, that promo code will no longer be valid. If you want to use the promo code again, please cancel the booking and make a new one within the promotion period. (Please note that promo codes and the products you can book are limited. Trip.com cannot guarantee that promo codes or products will still be available after your initial cancellation.)
