Indulge in the finest with HSBC Lucky Draw Campaign 2026 (“Promotion”) Terms and Conditions

(Commences on 15 May 2026 and ends on 31 July 2026)

A. Promotion-Specific Terms and Conditions

  1. This Promotion:
    1.   is offered by HSBC Bank (Singapore) Limited (“HSBC“, “we” or “us“);
    2.  commences on 15 May 2026 and ends on 31 July 2026 (subject to Clause 2, Clause 3, and Clause 4 of this Section A below or such other date(s) as we may reasonably determine) (the “Promotional Period“); and
    3. is applicable to our new and existing customers who meet all the following criteria (collectively referred to as “Eligible Customers” and each, an “Eligible Customer“):
      1. who hold one or more:
        1.  main HSBC personal credit cards (except HSBC US dollar cards and HSBC corporate cards) issued by HSBC in Singapore as a primary credit cardholder; and/or
        2. HSBC debit cards issued by HSBC in Singapore and maintain an HSBC personal current or savings accounts in Singapore (each such credit card or debit card, a “Card“); and
      2. whose account(s) is in good standing and conducted in a proper and satisfactory manner (as determined by us in our reasonable discretion) over the entire Promotional Period and at the time of fulfillment; and
      3. who are aged 18 or above on 15 May 2026; and
      4. who are residing in Singapore with a valid Singapore residential address.
  2. To participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Customer must successfully register for this Promotion within the Promotional Period via either of the following options:
    1.  Option 1: Register for this Promotion via the HSBC Cards Campaign Registration Form (“e-form“) with gift code “INDULGE“; OR
    2. Option 2: Register via the HSBC Singapore app by tapping the in-app banner that relates to this Promotion, where available. If the in-app banner is not available, the Eligible Customer may register via Option 1 instead.

      Each successfully registered Eligible Customer shall be a “Registered Cardholder“. If the Gift Code contains any spelling errors, the registration will be void and you will not be eligible for this Promotion. Eligible Customers only need to register their interest once during the Promotional Period to participate in the Promotion.

  3. Registered Cardholders will earn draw chances based on the following criteria:
    1. Earn 1 draw chance when you register for PayNow using your mobile number via (i) the HSBC Singapore mobile app or (ii) HSBC internet banking within the Promotional Period. Only applicable for customers who register for PayNow with HSBC from 15 May to 31 July 2026.
    2. Earn 1 draw chance for every S$500 charged in Local Qualifying Spend (as defined below) on any HSBC Card during the Promotional Period. For Local Qualifying Spend on HSBC Premier Mastercard, refer to Clause 3d.
    3. Earn 2 draw chances for every S$500 charged in Overseas Qualifying Spend (as defined below) (in foreign currency equivalent) on any HSBC Card during the Promotional Period. For Overseas Qualifying Spend on HSBC Premier Mastercard, refer to Clause 3d.
    4. Earn 3 draw chances for every S$500 charged in Local Qualifying Spend or Overseas Qualifying Spend (in foreign currency equivalent) with a HSBC Premier Mastercard during the Promotional Period.
    5. Earn 3 draw chances for every S$3,000 (or in the equivalent for any currency offered by HSBC) of Eligible FX Transactions (as defined below) completed during the Promotional Period. For Eligible FX Transactions made from a joint account:
      1.  if only one joint account holder is a Registered Cardholder, all draw chances arising from Eligible FX Transactions made from the joint account will be allocated to that Registered Cardholder; and
      2. if both joint account holders are Registered Cardholders, all draw chances arising from Eligible FX Transactions made from the joint account will be allocated to each joint account holder.

  4. For avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Customer that meets more than one criterion under Clause 3 will be allocated an aggregate number of draw chances based on the total number of criteria met. By way of illustration:

    Customer charges S$5,000 in Local or Overseas Qualifying Spend to their HSBC Premier Mastercard Credit Card 30
    Total = 51 draw chances
  5. By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Customer agrees that HSBC and our service providers may collect, use and disclose their information (including personal data), for the following purposes and in accordance with our data privacy policy:
    1.  To administer this lucky draw, including to contact you for the administration of prizes in relation to this lucky draw.
    2. To disclose and/or publish your name, particulars, and pictures/photographs for publicity purposes in relation to this lucky draw.

    Each Eligible Customer that meets the criteria specified in Clauses 2 and 3 shall be referred to as a “Qualified Cardholder“.

  6. For the purposes of Clause 3:

    Eligible FX Transaction” shall mean, with respect to an Eligible Customer, any of the following transaction types set out below, provided that the send currency and receive currency of the transaction are different:

    • Transfer made by an Eligible Customer between his/her Everyday Global Accounts via HSBC Singapore app or HSBC Online Banking
    • Transaction made by an Eligible Customer through FX Order Watch
    • Foreign exchange transaction made by an Eligible Customer via HSBC Global Money Transfers via HSBC Singapore app
    • Foreign exchange transaction made by an Eligible Customer using Worldwide Transfers via HSBC Online Banking or HSBC Singapore app
    • Global Transfers made by an Eligible Customer between his/her own accounts
    • HSBC Global Transfers transaction made by an Eligible Customer to third-party accounts via HSBC Online Banking

    For the avoidance of doubt, any of the following transaction types set out below do not constitute an Eligible FX Transaction:

    • Foreign exchange conversion performed by an Eligible Customer for time deposit placement, via HSBC Singapore app
    • Manual international 3rd party remittance transactions made by an Eligible Customer via HSBC branches
    • All foreign exchange transactions made by an Eligible Customer via HSBC branches

    Local Qualifying Spend” shall mean posted retail transactions that are Local Retail Transactions or Online Transactions charged to a Card account of an Eligible Customer and/or to the account of the supplementary cardholder of the relevant Eligible Customer (as defined above).

    Overseas Qualifying Spend” shall mean posted retail transactions that are Overseas Transactions or Online Transactions charged to a Card account of an Eligible Customer and/or to the account of the supplementary cardholder of the relevant Eligible Customer (as defined above).

    Local Retail Transactions” shall mean retail transactions that fall within one of the Eligible Categories (as defined below) which are successfully carried out in Singapore dollars and charged to a Card account and/or to the account of the supplementary cardholder of the relevant Eligible Customer.

    Online Transactions” shall mean all retail transactions that fall within one of the Eligible Categories which are successfully charged to a Card account and/or to the account of a supplemental cardholder of an Eligible Customer made via the internet and processed by the respective merchants/acquirers as an online transaction type through the MasterCard International Incorporated and/or Visa Worldwide networks.

    Overseas Transactions” shall mean all overseas transactions that fall within one of the Eligible Categories which are successfully carried out outside Singapore and charged in foreign currency to a Card account and/or to the account of a supplemental cardholder of an Eligible Customer.

    For the avoidance of doubt, the Eligible Categories are determined by the above Merchant Category Codes (“MCC“). A Merchant Category Code (MCC) is a four-digit number assigned to a merchant/business by the merchant’s acquiring bank. The acquiring bank provides the credit card payment facilities used by the merchant, and it determines and applies (with respect to the account), the MCC which in its view best describes the merchant activity. HSBC does not determine the merchant’s MCC.

    The following transactions (which shall, where applicable, be determined based on the transaction descriptions reflected in HSBC’s system and the merchant category codes from Visa / MasterCard) are excluded from the Eligible Categories:

    • Foreign exchange transactions (including but not limited to Forex.com);
    • Donations and payments to charitable, social organisations and religious organisations;
    • Quasi-cash transactions (including but not limited to transactions relating to money orders, traveler’s checks, gaming related transactions, lottery tickets and gambling);
    • Payments made to financial institutions, securities brokerages or dealers (including but not limited to the trading of securities, investments or crypto-currencies of any kind);
    • Payments on money payments/transfers (including but not limited to Paypal, SKR skrill.com, CardUp, SmoovPay, iPayMy);
    • Payments to any professional services provider (including but not limited to GOOGLE Ads, Facebook Ads, Amazon Web Services, MEDIA TRAFFIC AGENCY INC);
    • Top-ups, money transfers or purchase of credits of prepaid cards, stored-value cards or e-wallets (including but not limited to Grab Top-Up, EZ-Link, Transitlink, NETS Flashpay and Youtrip);
    • Payments in connection with any government institutions and/or services (including but not limited to court costs, fines, bail and bond payment);
    • Payments to educational institutions;
    • Any AXS (including AXS Pay+Earn) and NETS/ATM transactions;
    • Any payments or transactions on Carousell;
    • Tax payments;
    • Payments for cleaning, maintenance and janitorial services (including property management fees);
    • Payments to insurance companies (including but not limited to sales, underwriting, premiums and insurance services);
    • Payments on utilities;
    • The monthly instalment amounts under the HSBC Spend Instalment and HSBC 0% Card Instalment Plans; In the case of HSBC Spend Instalment, only the total purchase amount will qualify as a Qualifying Spend in the month of purchase.
    • Balance transfers, fund transfers, cash advances, finance charges, late charges, HSBC’s Cash Instalment Plan, any fees charged by HSBC;
  7. In the event that a Card is voluntarily or involuntarily cancelled or terminated or suspended for any reasons whatsoever, or a Qualified Cardholder is determined by HSBC not to have fulfilled the conditions of the Promotion for any reason, HSBC reserves the right to disqualify the Qualified Cardholder from receiving any Prize.
  8. Registrations in any other format other than that specified in Clause 2, and/or e-form registrations with incorrect information will be automatically disqualified. An acknowledgement of participation will be displayed on the website after the e-form registration has been submitted. This acknowledgement of participation does not equate to qualification of the Prize, even if the Local or Overseas Qualifying Spend requirement is met.
  9. All Local or Overseas Qualifying Spend transactions charged to the Cards in the name of the same Cardholder will be aggregated together to qualify for the minimum Local or Overseas Qualifying Spend. HSBC is not responsible for any failure or delay in the transmission of Local or Overseas Qualifying Spend transactions by any party including but not limited to acquiring merchants, merchant establishments, or any telecommunications provider.
  10. Supplementary credit cardholders are not eligible for this Promotion. However, for each main Cardholder who is a Registered Cardholder, Local or Overseas Qualifying Spend made by supplementary cardholders will be consolidated under such main Cardholder’s Card account for the purpose of computing the relevant minimum Local or Overseas Qualifying Spend.
  11. Fulfilment

  12. Winners will be selected randomly from the pool of entries by means of a computerized draw using a randomization formula under the supervision of an external auditor (the “Draw“). The Draw will be conducted on 16 September 2026, between 9am to 6pm at HSBC’s office located at Mapletree Business City, 20 Pasir Panjang Road (East Lobby) Level 13, Singapore 117439. The number of winners of the Draw (each, a “Winner“) and the prizes that will be awarded (each, a “Prize“) are as follows:

  13. The Winners will be announced on HSBC’s website at hsbc.com.sg/midyear within 7 working days from the date of the Draw (the “Draw Date“). In addition:
    1.  For Winners of A pair of First Class round-trip Tickets to Japan (awarded in the form of 350,000 KrisFlyer miles to the Winner’s Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer membership account), a letter containing the details of redemption of the relevant Prize (“Letter“) will be sent to each Winner by mail to his/her Singapore address in HSBC’s records by 1 October 2026.
    2. For Winners of A dream holiday with Trip.com, Michelin starred dining experiences for 2 at Burnt Ends or Pangium and 2D1N staycation at Shangri-La Singapore or COMO Metropolitan Singapore, a SMS containing details of the redemption of the Prizes will be sent to each Winner’s Singapore mobile number in HSBC’s records by 1 October 2026, barring any unforeseen technical delays.
      1. If there any issues regarding the non-receipt of the redemption SMS, Qualified Cardholders must contact HSBC by 10 October 2026. In the event of any disputes in relation to the Promotion, HSBC’s decision shall be final.
      2. SMS delivery is dependent on the relevant telecommunication service providers. HSBC is not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any non-receipt of, or delay in the receipt of, any SMS by any party.

    Each Winner must notify HSBC by 10 October 2026 if they have not received the Letter/SMS.

  14. With regard to the Prizes related to A pair of First Class round-trip Tickets to Japan (awarded in the form of 350,000 KrisFlyer miles to the Winner’s Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer membership account):
    1. The KrisFlyer miles will be directly credited to each relevant Winner’s Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer membership account.
    2. To receive the Prize, each relevant Winner must have a valid KrisFlyer membership account by such date as may be notified by HSBC.
    3. The awarded KrisFlyer miles can only be used for the redemption of base air fare and cannot be used to offset any taxes or surcharges.
    4. Use of the awarded KrisFlyer miles is subject to the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer Programme. For further details, please visit https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/ppsclub_krisflyer/termsconditions-kf/.
  15. With regards to the Prizes related to A dream holiday with Trip.com worth S$10,000:
    1. Winners will receive a notification from HSBC and will be provided a unique identifier code and a guide on how to redeem the Prize. This PDF guide will be provided by Trip.com.
    2. Upon Notification by HSBC, Winners must contact the Trip.com Singapore Reward Support Team (“Reward Support Team”) at [email protected] by 30 November 2026 (“Validity Period”) with the unique identifier code to commence the booking process. If any of the Winners did not contact the Trip.com Singapore Reward Support Team by the Validity Period, they shall be deemed to have forfeited all rights to the Prize. There will be strictly no extension of the Validity Period.
    3. Winners can share a pre-planned itinerary or work with the Reward Support Team to curate one. To begin, he/she can share the preferred destination(s), travel dates, and product choices.
    4. Once the itinerary is agreed and confirmed, Reward Support Team will proceed to issue the bookings. Booking confirmations, e-tickets and relevant travel documents will be collated and provided to the Winners by the Reward Support Team as a single itinerary confirmation.
    5. The prize must be redeemed as one (1) single trip, defined as one continuous travel period with one (1) departure flight out of Singapore booked via Trip.com Singapore (the “Trip”). There is no limit to the number of travellers or travel products included within the Trip, provided all bookings fall within the value of S$10,000 and approved categories below:
      1.    Flights
      2.   Hotels
      3.  Bundle & Save (Flight + Hotels)
      4.  Trains
      5.   Airport Transfers
      6.  Car Rentals
      7.  Attractions and Tours
      8. Packaged tours
    6.  All travel products must be booked 1-month in advance of the Trip commencement.
    7. All bookings must be completed by 31 March 2027. The entire Trip must be completed by 31 October 2027, inclusive of the full duration of the Trip. Blackout dates may apply to specific products. There will be strictly no extension of the Trip completion period.
    8. The Trip.com Reward Support Team will require the following details for each traveller:
      1.    Full Name (as per passport)
      2.   Passport Number
      3.  Passport Issue Date and Expiry Date
      4.  Date of Birth
      5.   Gender
      6.  Nationality
      7. The main traveler must also provide an email address and contact number
    9. Redemption Process: All bookings will be managed under an independent company-secured Trip.com account. Earning of Trip coins will not be applicable here.
    10. Prices are dynamic according to availability and may change from time to time. Provided prices are accurate at the moment of display/communication and can fluctuate from time to time.
    11. Prize Exclusion: The Prize excludes any payments that must be made directly on-site during the Trip, including but not limited to local city taxes, gratuity fees, resort fees, or other incidental charges.     12. Booking value exceeding S$10,000: If the Prize exceeds S$10,000, the Reward Support Team will provide an itemized breakdown. Winners may:
      1.   Remove product(s) to remain within budget; OR
      2.  Accept partial or full payment of the excess amount at own expense

    13. Change and Cancellation: All bookings are subject to stringent conditions regarding changes, cancellations, refunds, and endorsements. Once a travel product is booked, no changes or cancellations are permitted under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, name amendments, travel date changes, and add-on services.
    14. In the event of a flight change/cancellation or other force majeure event (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed travel restrictions), the Reward Support Team will assist the winner with necessary rebooking, even if the revised travel date extends beyond 31 October 2027. Any rebooking, including associated change fees or additional costs, must remain within the original S$10,000 prize value.     3. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Reservation window opens 30 days in advance.
    4. Redemptions are valid for up to a maximum of two complimentary set menus per table per bill.
    5. Redemption codes are valid for one-time use only and are strictly non-transferable.
    6. Restaurant cancellation policy applies, and the one-time use redemption code cannot be applied for subsequent bookings if reservations are cancelled after the cancellation cut-off time.

    3. Please present its original voucher upon arrival.

In the event any Winner is uncontactable, fails to collect a Prize, and/or is determined by HSBC to be disqualified or otherwise ineligible to receive a Prize (each, an “Ineligible Winner”), the Prize will be forfeited by the Ineligible Winner. HSBC shall have the right to award the Prize to another Qualified Cardholder at our discretion.
  21. Each Eligible Customer may win a maximum of one (1) Prize (i.e. if a Eligible Customer is selected as a Winner of any given Prize, he/she shall not be eligible to be selected as a Winner of any other Prize). The Prizes are non-transferrable, non-redeemable for cash, non-assignable, non-exchangeable and non-replaceable; save that HSBC may, at its discretion, substitute a Prize with an item or items of equal or similar value. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, provincial and local taxes that may apply to the Prizes. In the event that a Winner elects not to collect or utilize all or any portion of a Prize, such Prize or portion thereof shall be deemed forfeited.

  24. Other general terms and conditions governing this Promotion apply. Please refer to the other terms and conditions set out under the section headed “General Terms and Conditions” for details. The Promotion-Specific Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions shall collectively be referred to as the “Promotional Terms and Conditions“.

B. General Terms and Conditions

  1. The HSBC Credit Card Terms, HSBC Account User Agreement and HSBC Online and Mobile Banking Terms (collectively, the “Product Terms“) will apply to govern the relevant products. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotional Terms and Conditions and the Product Terms in respect of this Promotion, the Promotional Terms and Conditions shall apply to the extent of the conflict or inconsistency.
  2. Your Personal Data

    By participating in the Promotion and providing your personal information (such as your name, residential address, e-mail address and /or mobile number) (collectively, “your Personal Data“) to us, you agree and consent to us, our agents and their respective authorised service providers collecting, using, disclosing and/or sharing your Personal Data for the following purposes:

    1.   your participation in the Promotion (including facilitation of the fulfilment of rewards (if any));
    2.  our compliance with applicable laws, rules and/or regulations, requirements or requests issued by any legal, regulatory, government or tax authority having jurisdiction over us or a court of competent jurisdiction (including any tax reporting requirements); and
    3. such other purposes as set forth in our Data Privacy Policy.

  3. We do not provide any tax, legal or accounting advice to you. You should seek professional advice if you are unsure about any tax or other obligations which you may have (such as reporting or filing requirements) arising from your participation in the Promotion.
  4. We shall be entitled to a reasonable period of time to process instructions and we may not complete a transaction on the same day of receipt of the customer’s application or instructions. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any such delay in effecting instructions or transactions.
  5. We may determine in our reasonable discretion whether any given customer is eligible for this Promotion and/or whether such customer has met all of the relevant requirements under these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
  6. All transactions in a currency other than Singapore Dollars (“SGD“) will be notionally converted into SGD, at our prevailing exchange rate, to determine the transaction amount eligibility under this Promotion. The date on which the transaction is booked will be used for the purpose of determining the notional conversion rate into SGD for all transactions in a currency other than SGD. Where we are unable to provide a firm exchange rate quotation, we shall effect the transaction on the basis of a provisional exchange rate which shall be subject to adjustment when the actual exchange rate is ascertained and any resultant difference shall be debited/credited (as the case may be) to the customer through the originating account or any account that customer has with us or by such other means as determined by us. Foreign currency transactions are subject to risk of exchange rate fluctuation and exchange controls may apply to certain currencies from time to time. There may be a gain or loss when customers convert foreign currency. Customers are advised to make independent judgment with respect to any matter contained herein. For the avoidance of doubt, we shall not be liable for any delay in effecting such conversion, instructions or transactions.
  7. Our records in respect of the Promotion shall be conclusive and binding on you.
  8. We may revise these Promotional Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to varying the promotional mechanics under this Promotion or the Promotional Period), or withdraw or alter any part of this Promotion at any time, if it is reasonably necessary to:
    1.   reflect changes to our operational costs, business operations, systems and processes, our arrangements with third parties or industry or market conditions or practice;
    2.  give effect to applicable law, rule, regulation or change, requirement, order, notice, recommendation or guidance issued by any regulatory or governmental authority, stock exchange, or body having jurisdiction over us or a court of competent jurisdiction;
    3. align with standards or expectations on practices relating to banking and financial services, environmental, social and governance, consumer and investor protection, cyber, digital, technology, operational resilience or taxation; or
    4. otherwise protect our legitimate interests.

    The updates include amendments to:

    1. the Promotional Period;
    2. the eligibility criteria for the Promotion;
    3. the promotional rate or discount;
    4. the type of Gift;
    5. the redemption period or criteria for a Gift;
    6.  the limit to the number of Gifts available for redemption under the Promotion;
    7. the validity period of a Gift; and/or
    8. the merchant(s) providing the Gift.

    To the extent reasonably practicable, we’ll give you reasonable notice of any changes to these Promotional Terms and Conditions before such change takes effect. Notification of any such changes may be placed at our branches, published on our website, sent through email or mobile, or via any other method we think is reasonably appropriate.

    If you don’t agree with a change, you can cease to participate in this Promotion.

  9. Deposit Insurance Scheme
    Singapore dollar deposits of non-bank depositors are insured by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation, for up to S$100,000 in aggregate per depositor per Scheme member by law. Foreign currency deposits, dual currency investments, structured deposits and other investment products are not insured.
