31 March 2025)<\/h2>\n<p class=\"para-hsbc\"><strong>You acknowledge and agree that by proceeding to register for an ENTERTAINER with HSBC 2026 account, you have read and agreed to these Terms of Eligibility.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"tnc-container__tnc-wrapper\">\n<section class=\"tnc-container\">\n<div style=\"overflow:hidden\">\n<article class=\"tnc-content\">\n<ol>\n<li>You will be eligible to sign up for the ENTERTAINER with HSBC 2026 if you:\n<ol class=\"lower-roman\">\n<li>hold a main HSBC Credit Card (except HSBC Corporate Cards, and HSBC Debit Cards) issued by HSBC Bank (Singapore) Limited (&#8220;<strong>HSBC<\/strong>&#8220;) in Singapore; and<\/li>\n<li>your credit card account is in good standing with HSBC.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>The ENTERTAINER with HSBC 2026 is an application owned and operated by our third-party supplier, The Entertainer Pte Ltd (ENTERTAINER) and not HSBC. HSBC is not a supplier of the products and\/or services provided by any merchant featured on the ENTERTAINER with HSBC 2026 and will not accept any liability in relation thereto. Your use of the ENTERTAINER with HSBC 2026 is subject to the ENTERTAINER&#8217;s <a style=\"color:#00f\" href=\"https:\/\/www.theentertainerme.com\/HCS-rules-of-use\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Rules of Use\" rel=\"noopener\">Rules of Use<\/a> which you will be asked to accept during the sign up process.<\/li>\n<li>The ENTERTAINER with HSBC 2026 provides each HSBC Premier Mastercard\u00ae main cardholder (issued by HSBC Bank (Singapore) Limited) and each HSBC Visa Infinite main cardholder (issued by HSBC Bank (Singapore) Limited) with one complimentary ENTERTAINER with HSBC 2026 Premium account, and all other HSBC main credit card holders (issued by HSBC Bank (Singapore) Limited) with one complimentary ENTERTAINER with HSBC 2026 Standard account. If you hold two main credit cards, you will only be eligible for one ENTERTAINER with HSBC account.<\/li>\n<li>To register for an ENTERTAINER with HSBC 2026 account, you must provide your email address and unique VIP Key to the ENTERTAINER when you sign up for your account.<\/li>\n<li>Use of your credit card will be governed by the <a style=\"color:#00f\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hsbc.com.sg\/content\/dam\/hsbc\/sg\/documents\/credit-cards\/cardholder-agreement.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"HSBC Credit Card Cardholder's agreement\" rel=\"noopener\">HSBC Credit Card Cardholder&#8217;s agreement<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>We may determine in our reasonable discretion whether any given Cardholder is eligible for the Promotion and\/or whether such Cardholder has met all of the relevant requirements under these Promotional Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Discounts, offers, prizes, gifts, complimentary items, vouchers, rebates, redemptions and privileges are non-transferable, non-replaceable, non-redeemable for cash, rewards points, credit, or kind in all cases, whether in whole or in part. We may substitute these with other item(s) of similar value.<\/li>\n<li>The Promotion is subjected to the terms and conditions of the merchant(s) providing the relevant products and\/or services.
