To redeem the Promotion, simply head to HelloRide app > Wallet > Top-up > Select denominations $10 and above for reward to take effect > Proceed to top up > 30 mins pass will be credited to you in your 'HelloPass'->'My Pass' section within 1 working day.
Promotion is only applicable for 30 minutes of free use. Any exceed in duration will be charged at the standard rate.
No pauses are allowed for the free 30 minutes.
Relocation fees are non-deductible.
